Delano Residences marks the legendary Delano brand’s debut in the residential sector, rising as Miami’s second-tallest “supertall” with 90 floors. Located in the heart of Downtown facing Biscayne Bay, this Property Markets Group (PMG) project carries on the legacy of sophistication and innovation of the iconic Delano Hotel in South Beach. Designed by architect Carlos Ott with interiors by Meyer Davis, it offers an ultra luxury living experience, combining private residences with world-class hospitality and the first public observation deck at a height of over 250 meters.
